Overview

The BK5K race committee is excited to announce the 7th annual Greensboro, NC BK5K will be held on June 6th, 2026! 

Our mission of supporting area youth is possible because of the community support and all proceeds go to various 501.c.3 youth organizations/programs demonstrating financial need. Funding grants will be evaluated for merit and dispersed by the local BK5K Youth Fund Award Committee. ​​​​​​​​

Prizes

Cash Prize Awards are given to the top 3 Female & Male finishers.  Prize winners are welcome to accept the cash or donate it back to non-profit youth grants in the community.

2nd Place - $200
3rd Place - $100

5K Age Groups

  • Trophies will be awarded for the top three overall finishers. 
  • Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group. 
  • ​Categories for men and women.

Kids Fun Run Age Groups​

We are excited to have all kids ages 12 and under participate in our FREE Kids Fun Run Race after the 5k race finishes.
