The BK5K race committee is excited to announce the 5th annual North Carolina BK5K will be held on June 1st, 2024!​

Packet Pickup

7:00-8:00 AM - Morning of race.

At race location.

Race Day Schedule

8:30 AM - 5K Race Starts
9:00 AM - Post Race grab & go post-race breakfast
9:45 AM - Kids Fun Run Race Starts
​10:15 AM - Grant awards
10:30 AM - Age group and overall awards

Prizes

 Cash Prize Awards will be given, in addition to custom BK5K Trophies for the Top 3 Female & Male finishers as noted below.  Prize winners are welcome to accept the cash or donate it back to non-profit youth grants in the community.

2nd Place - $100
3rd Place - $50

5K Age Groups

Trophies will be awarded for the top three overall finishers.  Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group.

12 and younger; 13 - 14;    15 - 16;    17 - 18;    19 - 29;    30 - 34;    35 - 39;    40 - 44;    45 - 49;     50 - 54;     55 - 59;     60 - 64;     65 - 69;      70-74;     75-79;    80 and older.

Kids Fun Run Age Groups​

We are excited to have all kids ages 12 and under participate in our FREE Kids Fun Run Race after the 5k Race finishes.
